- _h_a_v_e_n is an X screensaver client that manages a GL window as the
- screensaver. The pathname of the GL program to use and its argument list
- are specified as arguments to _h_a_v_e_n.
-
- _h_a_v_e_n has two algorithms that it can use to try to find the GL window.
- The ----nnnn option chooses a newer more robust algorithm. However, if it
- fails, the ----oooo option is compatible with older versions of _h_a_v_e_n. The
- default is ----nnnn.
-
- When invoked with the ----kkkk option, _h_a_v_e_n attempts to kill any other
- screensaver that may be running and thus restore the Xserver default
- saver.

- _h_a_v_e_n does not work well with color index programs. If the ----oooo option is
- used, _h_a_v_e_n requires that the title of the GL program (as given in
- _w_i_n_o_p_e_n(_3_G)) bear close resemblance to the name of the command being
- invoked. If the ----nnnn option is used, the first window opened by the GL
- program must be the screen saver window. (This is normally the case in
- GL programs.)
-
- Haven will only work if X screen saving is enabled, and blanking is
- allowed. To enable it, use the X command _x_s_e_t(_1), e.g. _x_s_e_t _s _o_n _s
- _b_l_a_n_k.
